Protocols, message formats, security, user experience, ... the challenges (we are progressively addressing) to make cloud identity a success sometimes seems endless. However, the challenges that are becoming critical, as we move from the prototyping and interoperability phases of identity deployments, are ecosystem, operational and business problems.
